Well, given shareholders are being penalised to the effect of $1.3B, I want to know just what WBC is going to do about ex-CEO Hartzer and ex-Chairman Maxsted - surely there must be some civil proceedings whereby this pair return to shareholders some of the gross overpayments made while they were supervising criminal activity? I'd like to see the pair of them cop a large monetary fine, say $10M each, and that money returned to WBC's general revenue?
