My understanding is yes you can. Dec 17 is the date the buy back closes. In the list of key dates in document released Nov 1, it says the Buy Back Date is Dec 20. This is the date buy back contracts are entered into and hence the sale date to WBC for legal and tax records. November 5 to December 19 inclusive is 45 days.
