Vaccine got announced Nov - at that time the share price sat at 20.35$~
Like i said if it goes to low 20's then itl be trading at COVID depth lows
Lending was tightened, JK was still around and alot of uncertainity, no O/S travel
So if we go to 22-23$ that would be about 10-15% from that period, i think the SP should be priced much higher than 10-15% as the macro and micro environments have changed *substantially in the positive* since then for the banks
This to me screams oversold - considering the element of this is the reaction to the 3.5b buy back that no one was expecting 1 year ago.
