    Not aware but it shouldn't happen anyway. I can't see any material which suggests the buyback can be cancelled. Many investors would be upset if it were.

    The buyback price will be based on the VWAP of the five trading days leading up to Closing Date for the buyback offer which is on 17th December. If price is lower then than it is now, WBC (and remaining shareholders) will still benefit with a reduced buyback price. If price is higher then than it is now, a discount will still be applied to the price. If it is not as low as it is now, the company is unable to travel back in time to buy the shares at the current price. From the company's perspective, there is no such thing as a good/bad price as any "overpayment" it is making is to its owners (or past owners).
