    I guess if the manipulators have to buy back to push prices up then they will have to start it now. I find it hard to believe that a buy- back designed to favour tax advantaged investors can be widely misused by Instos who will have to worry about tax rules and obligations including falling fowl of wash rules on replacement shares. Some industry funds may try it to help their pension fund members but then they do it for their members and not on their own account or bottom line.

    I do think WBC should have hit a bottom by now so better days certainly ahead. I will watch before I decide to offer any of my shares in the buy back.
