i agree with most of what you said.
especially the part about big money jumping on blue chips. even though growth stocks have been the rage over the past several years it doesn't mean value goes unnoticed.
whatever crap big coys like WBC get up to they are generally like teflon in the market and don't get stung for long.
i just got in at 20.50 and not concerned about any sub 22 fluctuations. happy to take the 20% or so discount since the SP took the elevator down and also happy to take the stairs back up
