Not sure what you mean by "if there is a single buyback price being calculate, it must therefore apply equally to all those who tendered their shares for sale. I'm going to call their helpline for clarification".
If you offer your shares with a minimum price or maximum discount acceptable to you then legally they can't acquire your shares if the final numbers result in a lower buy back price or a higher discount than you were willing to accept.
Let us know if you get a different advice from their help line.
