Perhaps I may have mislead here as the following from the booklet
"Subject to any Minimum Price selected (see Step 3 below):• if your nominated Discount is greater than or equal to the Buy-Back Discount, youwill receive the Buy-Back Price for each of your Shares that are bought back; or• if your nominated Discount is less than the Buy-Back Discount, your Shares willnot be bought back. Under no circumstances will your Shares be bought back ata price lower than your Application Price.Alternatively, you can choose to tender some or all of your Shares as a Final PriceApplication. This means you are willing to sell your Shares at the Buy-Back Pricedetermined by Westpac following the tender process.What Discount(s) to select or whether to submit a Final Price Application willdepend on your particular circumstances, including your personal tax situation."
