Absolutely cooked that BH can just resign and get a 12 month salary payout after this clusterf*ck. Seriously, what is the point of his salary? He's paid millions because that's the going industry rate to get 'quality leadership', but when he doesn't provide quality leadership he can take a cool 2-3mill and walk away with no accountability. No other job would allow it, and I bet Westpac have fired a bunch of other staff over this misconduct and those guys have not picked up a cent on their way out.
I've been a Westpac customer since my first bank account, but I'll be leaving and encouraging everyone else I know to do the same.
