Total crap.
Having been in and out of hybrids for most of this century , WBC have decided [ to be fair , probably because of regulatory authorities] , that retail investors will need to show they have got advice from an '' investment advisor'' .
ie pay money to someone who doesn't know any more than me [ and probably less about this subject] to enable me to participate.
It will be interesting to see if this is industry-wide , or just another idiot idea out of WBC .
