I don't think any of the big 4 banks want to be outdone by their peers.. having said that of course I imagine all kinds of questionable things go on behind the scenes.. however, end of the day, every company wants a better SP..
I was fortunate enough to get in very low and sitting on quite a captial return right now
stepping back. I just see a bank, slowly recovering back to 'normal', which in my view is >$24. Anything north of that is really up to management.
