I have just read the Austrac news story. it seems strange to accuse Westpac of not monitoring small payments to the Philippines and there is a possible Child Exploitation link ?
Ok if they had a duty to monitor small overseas payments such as this, maybe that is a different story, but it seems a stretch to me.
