Yes, moved from Westpac Online some time ago, due to high transaction costs, poor service, dated website, and substandard trading set up. The final nail was the most unprofessional behaviour from one particular backroom employee, who knowingly placed my account and interests at risk, without my knowledge or advice, and only fessed up when I pursued the matter. Not promoting any other brokerage, but for me never again for Westpac.
