Not sure what he is expecting of a Speccy stock. Seems like he is comparing to RIO or CBA ? From what I can see :
1) MC of 23M and holding 10M in cash. Even most small Private home-builders have higher MC/Equity. No threat of a CR in the distant future at all.
2) Confirmed contract of 25M this FY and we are only a month into it. Good tender pipeline in a Multi Billion dollar industry. Clientele includes Tier 1 clients including MSP Engineering, Rio Tinto, Iluka Resources, Salini Impregilo, BHP and others.
In saying that, think he has sold into 0.037 and hope we don't see him again. LOL
Not sure what he is expecting of a Speccy stock. Seems like he...
