I like WSIs prospects - but don't forget valuations are forward looking and roughly 15x PE in this sector. A long profitable contract would offer more than a very short term highly profitable contract in that regard. If you want the big MC, you need a trailing contract or binding agreement yoy. Until that time, WSI might best be bought into closer to the qtrly results, pending how many $5m contracts and small extensions can be stacked up in that qtr.
