Sells at 3 and 3.1 are 100% manipulation IMO. Someone sold 650k units at 3 yesterday. Then most likely the same person adds 1.65m on ask at 3 just before close yesterday to push it down. Then probably the same person adds 650k behind that ask at 3 this morning. All in all looks like one big seller at 3 who likes the number 650 doing their very best not to get their shares bought anytime soon! Haha. Now why would someone do that I wonder?! Perhaps they have bids lower they want filled?!
Now onto the ask at 3.1 for 999966. Below is the history of that order. It basically moves around capping but never actually wants to sell!
