Many holders like me who have already loaded up at 2.9-3.3 in recent times though are waiting at 2.5-2.8c 'just in case' it gets to those levels before adding more. 2.5-2.8c would be completely ridiculous as we all know this is seriously undervalued but with the caps it's a very slight chance.

So it will take someone 'fresh' who wants to immediately get more units to start taking out the capper at 3. Which is why the caps work and nobody is taking it out yet! The game for the cappers is to buy as much below the caps before the cap gets pulled or gets bought out IMO.
