in my opinion the really big holders are holding. The small players (DT) are wishing. when wishes don't come ture they get antsy and when the price falls a bit they bail.
The big holders don't give a hoot. what they care about is continued contracts...which wil signal stability and share price appreciation. At the moment we have a couple of contracts that replace a couple that have been completed. There is NO pipeline of jobs to speak of...just contrcts that need to get renewed. Will they be renewed? That is probably not going to happen if they are 'building' type projects. New contracts yes. REnewable...not sure. But so far...company is working hard to move forward. and making money which i moe than many speccys
