Insider trading is such a massive call and I honestly think you need to tone that down unless you have evidence.
in regards to the CR, do you mind letting me know how you got to a price of 1.8-2c per share for the raise?
My math has it that if someone bought 1m in the raise it would cost them $23k... they would then get 500k oppies (1 for 2) that are convertible at 3c - costing them $15k. $48k for 1.5m shares is an average buy price of 2.53c
