There could be concerns with the cost of materials and larger contracts. If they won a tender on last years material prices they could have trouble delivering the project with a profit this year as material, fuel and transportation costs have all gone up significantly in the past year (I am surprised this is not in any of the commentary). Construction companies struggling due to these reasons.
