There seems to be a bit of fear and uncertainty regarding the consideration shares... completely unwarranted IMO. They are 100% escrowed for 12 months so there’s no immediate dilution or selling pressure at all.
Expect a re-rate and possible test of 3 cent area from mid-late Jan once the transaction completes IMO.
