Ann: WestStar secures transformational acquisition of Alltype, page-32

Base on future share on issue of 1bn share, the fair value of SP should be about 2.3 cents with current WSI works only. Adding book of Alltype, we will have ~60 mil work in the book as mentioned in the recent announcement. My guess is that the fair value of this stock will be around 3cent only in the end of this year which indicate MC of 30 mil. Unless WSI win some additional contracts, I can't really see very much growth of this stock in near future. Will come back in the next quarter and half year report. Major SHs have their average around 2cents mark so it won't fall too hard.
