Can the MD be trusted to deliver on what he announces? Construction and commissioning has blown out by years with Dar es Salam shipping delays the most frequently and often used excuse. The concentrate product has to be shipped does it not? Have the shipping congestion problems in Dar been resolved? You cannot believe what this outfit announce - to claim to be the "first major mining project to enter production in Tanzania for over 10 years" is factually incorrect. More chest beating from Cunningham. You cannot bank what he says - more marketer than geologist or company leader.
