what rubbish, WKT has stated the plant is not operating as required, yet you believe a sample during commissioning is adequate, where do you get this BS from.
customers will want to see the plant successfully commission and the production from commercial production being achieved, at this point samples will be dispatched.
the misinformation you spread is dangerous.
