Any free cash sweeps from Gemcorp is a cash sweep opportunity for WKT…The project can be refinanced at any point with mechanism in place for what is fare for a cash sweep as opposed to dilution..
Gemcorp and WKT (Group) can cash sweep where the agreement is enough to satisfy any loan obligations and must maintain 2 Quarters of funds available at all times…US$5 million must be held as a buffer at any time…
As far as Amani. goes yes few holes can be drilled to determine the source…Notice the sharp edges of the alluvial gold which indicates they are close to the source…Modern mining hasn’t occurred and hard rock was to difficult for small miners…
Will holders see an early cash sweep that repatriates long term investors with funds…
