You are the one who provided the image on HC that confirmed FDS (farmdownsouth) was correct with the DSR requirements, where did the information come from if it wasn't your source? it hasn't been posted on HC, which means the source wasn't from another HC poster.

It sounds like you are back peddling now it has been pointed out the Debt Service Reserve is required in September and per your apparent company source.
