From today’s announcement it is clear how abundant these zones that Spid has always claimed to be thin really are. With ‘super high grade zones running the entire length of the deposit’ the selective mining does cause a conundrum. Do we start at the north end or do we start at the south end. HaHa. We know the 19kt stockpile recorded 5 random samples above 40% TGC and the highest recorded TGC I’ve seen from Lindi Jumbo is 43.8%. So what unique resource have they uncovered now that Lindi has moved from a JORC compliant resource to a fully fledged graphite mine where its ore is now exposed and completely visible. The months ahead could be life changing for some.
