Sentiment is low is a pretty large understatement. As is needing larger resources to make everything better.
After the years and years and millions dollars, they've only proven 80k oz's? Spare me. IMO I'd say they've easily got more resources there with the exploration they've done. Not many advantages to be had by underdeclaring your resource... or is there?
Maybe do some research on how much they've spent and who's received a lot of the funds over the years. Also ask yourself the question why none of the board or CEO are putting any of their own money in at all?
