That's nameplate throughput? Does that suggest 24/hr day operation? Genuine question.
Because highly unlikely they'll be able to get those sort of hours in there.
The costs are where its never likely they'll make a profit.
Should make interesting reading where the contracts are awarded, would love to see a staff list when they're up and running as well.
