I will suspect that the order of A220s may replace some of the AQZ wet lease eventually depending on market size and share for QF. If they can't get the A220s quick enough they will extend the wet lease on some/all the AQZ aircraft. If they have too much capacity coming they will pair back.
However the A220a are intended to replace the 20 717s and that Qantaslink have as well so there is still plenty of upside for AQZ. Also when are those Fokkers of Network Aviation going to need replacing?
