It's not your critical points that I have a problem with (although I think a couple of them are overblown).
It's the fact that you make them over and over....and over....again.
The incessant negativity of your posts means one of two things, either you're an irrationally petulant investor that seeks to blame every play that doesn't work out for you on someone else, or you're a down-ramper. Either way, I'm just bored of you, as I think many others are too.
