Bullnobear, i think most people floating around the FND threads think that if the bid was never received then FND would be trading closer to 30c. I guess it depends on what way you look at it, but i'd say it puts a floor on the stock. The other school of though is that the uncertainty associated with the bid (and some of the threatening dialogue) has weighed heavily on the stock despite pretty good financials.
