The ball is squarely in Archer’s court to keep performing.

Despite what we SH’s might think, shorting is a natural part of the market ecosystem. Its function is to ultimately discover where a stock’s true value lies by bringing about solid foundations and trading efficiencies for all. However, the only way for any company to counteract it, is with news flow and plenty of it.

So, usually you find shorters' distorting underperforming stocks. Therefore, it’s reassuring that Archer keep delivering and hitting goals because sooner or later that’s going to consolidate into something more tangible. For instance, take this recent Announcement. It seems that a significant technological breakthrough has been achieved. Overcoming one of the major challenges to lab-on-a-chip devices is no mean feat. The potential for it to open doors and progress with other tier one calibrations and to secure commercialisation deals grows stronger and stronger with each update.

This, and with further complementary developments of the quantum chip, working with our current tier one semiconductor industry players, China’s thematic moves to limit critical mineral supplies, global supply chain disruptions, US massive semiconductor initiatives and the need to keep ahead of the deep-tech game all means that 'manipulators' are playing a fine line between the market perception of Archer's intangible achievements are as opposed to what they believe needs to materialise, i.e., an actual commercialised contract. Nevertheless, that game can only last for so long before sooner or later they become unstuck.

The truth is, it’s almost impossible to value Archer at the moment. However, they are doing things that others have said can’t be achieved and thought wouldn't be able to for many more years. But those who believe in backing the right kind of innovative businesses with the right kind of personnel (rather than backing a stock) are in the unique position to be rewarded handsomely.

Time will tell!
