How do you know the raising at 0.8c is not an act of desperation? This company have had ample opportunity to raise capital at higher prices. Why would you not tap the market upon release of WFI when there was some hype around about the company's future. Stock was trading around 2.2c then. They could have raised 5m easily as there was some excitement around the product. This company has been totally mis-managed.
