My assumption is CapitalD (Schapera connection) were looking to offload TBB after Henkel bought the profitable parts of Invincible Brands (Schapera connection). WFL (Schapera connection) is now the collection of failed businesses. Also don't forget Integrated Wellness Acquisition Corp in the Cayman Islands (Schapera connection) is waiting in the background.
Investors beware - you are just pawns in a big game that is shrouded in layers of secrecy to everyone but the central players. Sorry but this stinks so bad...
