From the announcement;
As an illustration, if conversion was to occur, and based on the Company’s closing share price of 24 January 2023 of $0.015 per Share, the Company will issue 22,962,963 shares in settlement of the full amount (based on a conversion price of $0.0135, being the lesser of $0.015 (closing share price of 24 January 2023) and 90% of an assumed capital raise price of $0.015 (closing share price of 24 January 2023) and inclusive of interest). If conversion does not occur, the loan is repayable in full, along with $50,000 in interest.
Only 1 share traded at 0.015 on the 24th of January. How are they getting away with such public market manipulation. Dropping the price from 0.020 to 0.015 gave them how many extra shares for their money? Shocking really.
