Share price was $2.40 when the nta was $2.70, thats what i was referring to. Understand nta has likely dropped now given the market has dropped...
I believe the gap to nta will close again, it did for periods last year. Main reason I think is that the yield will just get too high to ignore, as it has grown every year since inception. Don't personally benefit from franking now.
Happy to hold until something changes.
