Option is valued on Time to Expiry, strike price and volatility of the underlying stock. There's still 18 months to the expiry, hence there's a massive premium. If the expiry date was tomorrow, the price of the option would be close to 0. Search for option fair value calculator (yes, there's such thing), and read about it. Do your research on option trading before spewing non sense.
