I recently reopened a position in TGG and was looking into how to vote and see it is to be done only as a poll of those in attendance at the meeting. Unlike the WAM move on HHV a while ago I haven't seen any dissent voiced about Wilson in this scheme. I'm guessing the merger vote is expected to pass easily? The windup option doesn't look like a good outcome.
