    I've wondered the same thing.
i.e. quickest way to get Strike to withdraw its bid might be for Ellison to ask Strike to convert his shares
I don't know, whether from a legal perpspective, whether Strike can withdraw their offer at any time. I know they could when they initially announced their 1:1, but I'm not sure whether this is still the case (e.g. given where we are in the process).
Maybe Jake, 618 or G12mo might be across the legal nuances of such a thing?
