Gina like me did not expect a third party to enter.
Maybe MIN just want to be in the conversation with Gina and STX and negotiate a gas processing facility that all parties can utilise.
Not complaining as have sold all WGO for 38 cents.
Still holding STX for drilling or takeover. Will add to STX if share price s manipulated lower.
In hindsight I am sure Gina wishes she upped the offer to 33 cents when BPT withdrew as she is likely to now own 50% of WGO.
Now hope D& D do not get extra coin because they were a disgrace as Directors who only cared about themselves and not shareholders despite this being the reason for being a director.
