    What bugs me most is the wording " Westralian Gas and Power Limited (ASX: WGP) (Company) is pleased to announce that a Share Purchase Plan (SPP)"

    What is pleasing for them, dilute value with more shares or decimating the value on the market from 0.23 to 0.19 ?
