Integrity of the BoD is a critical investment criteria for me - if I can't trust the bastards I'm not investigating one red cent no matter how great the project is.
WB has every the gain and nothing to lose in the wake of the previous. Noting next door neighbours GCY are brutally honest - I really like to see it - shame to see they appear to be in a bit of strife. But other than CMM which Goldie isn't?
