Correct. That's my point. Plans change, funds can be allocated elsewhere as the business see's fit. They are not going to come out and say something price sensitive in a presentation. ie.. their feasability study for upgrading the plants turns out to be a dud move. Where can they then find a better deal and use the money elsewhere?
