I'd also prefer a takeover than a stand-alone operation. Huge dilution for stand-alone and time to production.
Would be happy to merge with WGX plenty of scope for share price appreciation as a merged entity and higher gold prices eventually.
Doesn't preclude another offer, let's see if it eventuates.
This is also the first offer from WGX, can increase the offer down the track to get it over the line.
