Recommendation of our managers towards this bid will strongly influence SP.
plainly a first offer will always be below the max a buyer is prepared to bid.
Current sellers will be dominated by recent buyers and those desperate for cash.
Posters comparing offer with other recent takeovers- are they factoring in variables other than gold reserves - overburden and g/T etc?
