MGV board will not favor such a take over. Their lunch money will dry up. If the board was interested in share holders they would have found a toll agreement or a merger with a similar operation. So they will say NO NO NO. And their (unstated) reason will be 'we will lose our jobs, where we get paid big bucks for doing nothing'
