On my back of the envelope calculation with 927K Oz of gold and a market cap of AUD$150M transaction, thats about AUD$162 per Oz in the ground, so approx US$108 per Oz of gold.
Seems a like its in the 'wishful thinking/opportunistic' range for shallow gold in WA. Finally the WGX accountants and mining staff have put a floor under the share price of MGV shares. It was getting a bit silly there for a while.
Looks like either MGV or WGX might need to tighten up their own corporate/contractor non-disclosure policies. Looks like a small number of people knew this was coming.
