I think regardless of the outcome of this debacle PC should be stood down

A manager who authorizes such a poorly written announcement that can be misconstrued or interpreted as this one obviously does not apppreciate the impact this can have on the share price.

And I do concede that it does not matter to a MD with little or no skin in the game but should nt he be looking after the sharwholder’s interest before his own?

I hope this matter is clarified soon after Christmas, or TON immediately declines the option (helllo, our is a little higher than 8.5c) and he steps down voluntarily.
