much much more information is required for holders to know about grades, costs, as too the burdens of what it will full take to get Lithium assets up to speed in a market which is already years a head.
imo, t
his is a pure opportunistic attempt by WGX.
as names pointed out eariler, WGX has said:
oh, so they want to swap their non core gold assets off to a piece of the graphite pie? why not just say that??
there is a reason why they do not say this.
the reason is by offer such deal,
they would get access to a 31.x% of a revenue stream quicker than they would with unproven lithium projects, but it doesn't just stop there.
it puts them in a position of an easy cheap takeover by them or other associates of theirs.
once they have such a chunk of stock they would be only 20% to gain full control of the company, wouldn't they!
so why would we do this?
trade nearly a third of our near term income and percentage of company, for something that is going to take longer to create an income stream from? that sounds like complete insanity to me.
its a lithium carrot, which might sound or look good, but business wise you are jeopardizing the fate of the company and many do not realise what threat may lurk out of the dark closets which could or have the ability to create more problems that what Ton v1 has been through.
clear cut as crystal that there is not enough detailed information for anybody to fully qualify and weigh this up including myself, YET its clear as day that threats lurk among this deal without sufficient information and transparency.
IMO,
such cost is FAR TOO HIGH and its completely opportunistic
the story does not add up that they wish to lose the lithium and take part of graphite, why?
has it got anything to do with the hard yards have already been done?.
as said by others here,
Ancuabe and NH West should be off or out of bounds as we are on complete track here folks, and if someone wants into graphite then offer them a market or deal for partnering into a JV or win win negotiation for NH JV only, without the rape fest whereby Triton shareholders get approached and fed dreams of lithium with lack of all the DETAILS which there are more questions than answers as this point in time.
lets chat about the real facts once the real facts are presented and whilst most of us have faith and full confidence in PC he should also present more facts to shareholders about what exactly are the timelines, costs, strengths and weakness and threats about what may or could happen should things be fully known what exactly we are fully dealing with hear and not just the word lithium which could make us a last to market lithium player which I honestly would be a near first to market graphite player and after we re-rate once we have some binding off-takes and finance then perhaps we also have the choice to simply just buy a lithium project somewhere which does not cost us
over 30% which given at 8.5c as it stands, seems Suicidal IMO~! (too high a threat, too costly for holders, too much unseen intentions).
I dont know about most of you, but I am not into guessing, not into hype or believing opportunistic technicians whom have some cocky story about focusing on gold projects, whilst dumping lithium projects whilst stealing over 30% of near to market graphite stream creators so, until further facts and details are issued with verification,
I vote to just stay the course and dont follow the carrot!
some out there may see this post may come across as hostile, but I tell you now, its not, as I wasn't born yesterday and have seen ASX stints which theft comes and presents itself in all shapes and formations, hence as it stands this one can become a threat which could turn into a sad regret if all things are not explained clearly and concise along with timeline and cost valuations to such choices so I hope most out there reading this can understand and see this too!
in any case, such news certainly is one that captures the imagination of punters
ps: great post there ozpb, much appreciate your thoughts as always.
sorry mine was a bit late but its just that I cant sit here without venting more about not knowing more..lol
always great to hear all aspects though so cheers again to all.
